Everyone was so polite and professional, and very, very kind. The whole stay was lovely. The facilities have a nice 'hutte' feel, and the SPA and Gym are well organized, with everything you might need to keep in shape.

The Blackner family's welcome was excellent, and they were very friendly at first. But things changed when money came into it, and they seemed a bit greedy. Personal circumstances meant we had to change our departure date, but they refused and still haven't replied to any of our messages. That didn't match the reception we initially got. The Blackner family, money isn't everything.

The owners and their family were so kind and gentle, and helped us out on several occasions. The rooms are modern and very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows and a lovely balcony view. There’s a mini market and other local shops nearby. Thanks to the family, I’d definitely recommend staying here.
