Breakfast had lots of fresh choices and was delicious, and the setting is beautiful with nearby attractions easy to get to. The spa was a real highlight, with a relaxing feel and great facilities, all clean and well cared for. Our spacious, spotless room was beautifully designed, the bed was comfortable, and the attention to detail was great. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa were warm, professional, and attentive. We had a perfect stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend it for comfort, quality, and relaxation.

We had such a lovely weekend here, just relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home, and both the food and wellness area were fantastic.

Getting to the Kronplatz ski resort is the reason I’d give the location four stars. In every other respect, this is a great place. The hotel’s been around a long time, but the staff work hard to keep it from showing, and this was the best service I’ve experienced so far at a hotel in this category.

The spa is good, the place is clean and the service is great. For skiing, it’s really handy, the slopes are right outside. There’s also a gentle slope about 50 yards from the entrance, good for kids’ sledging or beginner skiers.

After I had a skiing accident and got injured, the staff went out of their way to make the rest of my stay comfortable. Special thanks to the reception and restaurant teams. The hotel itself is pleasant, with nice, clean rooms, polite and helpful staff, and excellent food. The spa and pool are a little small, but clean and comfortable.
