Napura Art & Nature Residence

The room was spacious and had a nice view, which we paid extra to upgrade for. It also had a well-equipped kitchen. The Caesar salad was good, and the red pasta was average. But those positives didn't make up for the rest of our stay at Art & Design Hotel Napura. The room was dusty, which made it hard for me to sleep because I'm allergic to dust. There was a strong, persistent smell from the bathroom, and the air conditioning didn't work even though there was a control unit. It got so hot that we slept with the window open. Food was another struggle. Breakfast had very little variety and was the same each day, despite being included in what we'd paid. The buffet put bacon and sausages beside the eggs, with utensils that seemed to be shared, so there wasn't proper consideration for Muslim guests. Dinner choices were limited too, with nothing suitable for us most of the time, so we usually ordered from the kids' menu. Once we asked for white pasta and got plain boiled pasta, with olive oil on the side and no sauce. Getting settled was unpleasant as well. The indoor parking was extremely narrow and difficult to use. After arriving tired from Austria, we politely asked about an early check-in and the receptionist replied rudely, “if you want the room dirty, ok as you like.” We were first told someone would help with our bags, then told nobody was available, so we carried everything ourselves. For a hotel at this level, that was surprising. The service, cleanliness, facilities, and food options left the stay far below our expectations, despite the room and view.

The rooftop pool and relaxation area were a real highlight, though it was disappointing that the bar was staffed only now and then. Our rooms were elegant, spacious, and had an exclusive feel. Breakfast had lots of choice, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Charging the electric car cost €0,7/kWh, which seemed surprisingly high for the relatively slow charging speed. A better guest rate would have been nice. I enjoyed the stay and would happily recommend the hotel, with a few improvements it could be a perfect score.

The people and service were the best part, always available to help with any issues. The room was clean, spacious, and had useful accessories. We also enjoyed the spa and rooftop pool with its mountain view. The location was perfect and parking was convenient, while breakfast was excellent and high quality. Thanks to the team for a wonderful vacation :)

The service was amazing throughout, and at breakfast our server even remembered our coffee order. There was an exceptional breakfast, free local fruit at reception, and wonderful facilities. Art & Design Hotel, Napura is in a great spot and the hotel and suites are high quality. We couldn't fault it. Highly recommended.
