There’s a lovely pool, kept in good shape, with umbrellas and loungers, surrounded by greenery in a beautiful, peaceful spot. My studio was welcoming and well cared for, with a comfortable sofa bed and unusually good thick pillows. The bathroom was maintained well, and the kitchen had what I needed to cook. I also had a little balcony with a lovely sea view, where I could eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A great choice if you want some quiet while staying reasonably close to Termoli.

Getting to the beach does mean you’ll need a car. Still, the place was a dream, with a friendly cat and an owner who was kind and always willing to help.

The pool area was a highlight, peaceful and lovely, with views across the sea and countryside. The property sits in the Molise countryside and has a magnificent garden that’s carefully maintained down to the details. Our studio apartment was clean and well equipped, though the bathroom was a little small. The owners were genuinely kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

We spent the first week of August at the Podere, a quiet, peaceful place about ten minutes by car from Termoli center and five minutes from the seafront. The rustic-style buildings sit in a well-kept garden, and the apartments were clean and had everything we needed, with balconies looking out over the sea. There’s also a beautiful newly built pool. The two owners were welcoming gentlemen and ready to help with anything. We’ll definitely come back.
