We had a great stay in this roomy, clean, and very nice room overlooking the sea. It had everything we needed, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely return!

The balcony view is priceless, though there was a bit of nighttime noise from the beach facilities. The residence is beautiful, the apartments are well organized and have every comfort, and the cleanliness is truly top-notch. I can’t give it five stars because having just one elevator is a real drawback. I also personally don’t use portable toilets, and those are the only ones at the residence’s beach facilities. Such a shame.

We spent a week at Residence Colombo, a beautiful property on Termoli’s northern seafront. The apartments are super comfortable and have terraces with wonderful sea views. It’s a great fit if you want both beach time and the city center, which is just a short walk away. We highly recommend it.
