Suebi Central - Deluxe Rooms & Family Suites

Everything we needed was within walking distance, including the beach, shops, restaurants, and Termoli nightlife. Check-in was friendly, and the owner was really helpful. The apartment was recently renovated and spacious for two people and a small dog. Breakfasts at the restaurant were very good. We’ll be back soon!

The website is the property's strongest point, with attractive photos and descriptions. It’s listed on Booking.com as a hotel, but the stay didn’t come close to the standards I expected. On arrival, the entrance hall was already cluttered with assorted, neglected materials. The advertised “included breakfast” was just a coffee and croissant at a nearby street café. The host set the rates according to what we had paid, a strange restriction that wasn’t mentioned when booking. No alternative was offered. Instead, a long, unpleasant phone call ruined our peaceful stay. The management was totally inadequate. Our rooms were on the second floor and there was no elevator, another detail missing from the description. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean, but the refrigerator was empty and there were no extra amenities. Essential information was left out, and the services were presented in a misleading way. The standards were quite basic. I strongly advise against staying here if you expect accuracy, clarity, and consistency between what’s promised and what’s actually provided.

We could walk to the beach, the station, and the city center from here. The room was lovely and welcoming, with a big bathroom and all the comforts we needed. It was clean and nicely kept, too. Enrico was kind from the beginning and even waited near the building to help us park. Wish I could give more than five stars. Highly recommend! 💯💯💯

Everything was fine for our one-night stay. The location worked really well, near restaurants and the city center. Our room was roomy, and breakfast is served at a nearby bar. Just be aware that parking costs extra and there's a flight of stairs.
