This was our third stay here with my partner, and we've loved it each time. Monica, the owner, is very kind and always available if we need anything. The house is gorgeous, the pool is for your exclusive use, and the countryside view is beautiful. It's such a quiet, private area. Highly recommended!

For groups with children aged 10 to 13, this villa is a great fit. They have an indoor basketball court for evenings or rainy days, a mini playground, and lots of room. Adults get a wellness center, space to spread out, and plenty to enjoy together. Casa Monica is a beautiful home in the greenery, and this was our second stay. Both times we've come in fall, so we haven't been able to use the pool yet, but we'll make up for that next visit. It's still one of our favorite places. We'll be back in summer!

The villa has plenty of room inside and out, and there's a barbecue for big cookouts. The kids have lots of space to play, so it's great for families like ours. We're four families traveling together, and this is our second year back with friends. With the location as a base, we can enjoy the villa and explore all of Umbria. It already feels like our own place.

The pool water was cold. In the apartment, the living room has just one window, which also serves as the entrance door, and the bedrooms only have tiny bottom-hung windows. Both mattresses were uncomfortable, and the living room floor slopes. It was clean, though, and the view was beautiful.
