I think four stars is fair for this hotel. I stayed here for three years, three weeks each time, and the price matches the service and quality. Booking can be cancelled before arrival, parking was always available, and there’s air conditioning and breakfast. The towels and sheets were always clean. On the downside, there were ants in the rooms, as there seem to be in many places in Italy, and mold in the bathroom. The beds weren’t comfortable and the mattress should be replaced. The internet could also be better.

Easy to find and get to by car. The hotel is lovely and clean, the receptionists are kind, and breakfast is very good.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful, and the cleaning is fine. It’s a basic hotel, though, and the single rooms are very small.

Without a car it’s really hard to get there, and there’s no AC. Think carefully about that if you’re planning to visit Terni.

Simple, clean, and good value. The air conditioning didn’t work very well.
