We were close to the famous waterfalls, and our host gave us lots of useful information about restaurants, attractions, and the city. The apartment itself was big and clean, and he was very kind. We’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Francesco was incredibly accommodating, and both the service and room were impeccable. There’s private parking, and the location is excellent, only 1 km from the famous Marmore Falls. Highly recommended.

The owner shared plenty of helpful details, including what was happening in central Terni and that the Valentine’s Day marathon would pass by that morning. We visited the property the day before, ahead of the Valentine’s weekend. It’s very clean and well looked after, with private parking. Marmore Falls is about a three-minute drive away, or you can reach it on foot by a trail.

The owner, Francesco, was thoughtful and courteous, and gave us such helpful vacation tips. We were there for only one night, yet a short conversation with him helped shape a truly wonderful day. The rooms are welcoming and spotless, with private bathrooms; there’s also a clean, organized shared kitchen. Marmore Falls is about a kilometer away.
