We had a perfect room and a really kind host, Francesco. Check-in was easy to do on our own. The property sits in a peaceful area near Terni, with Marmore Falls very close by and villages easy to reach on day trips.

Francesco made my fiancé and me feel very welcome, and he was great at suggesting how to get around and what to do. He also works with local businesses, including the waterfalls. The place is right across from the entrance to Marmore Falls, with handy parking, and it was super clean and had all the comforts. We highly recommend it! 😊

The apartment was very clean and worked well, and the private parking was handy. We could leave the car there for our waterfall visit even after checking out. The location is great for seeing the falls. My only disappointment was that the price felt a bit high without a proper breakfast included. There was just coffee and some biscuits. I'd still recommend the place overall.

Francesco was the heart of the place. He was so kind and gave us great tips on where to eat and where to find local products at normal prices. The room was spotless and thoughtfully put together, with unusual little objects from the owner's travels. We also appreciated finding coffee and local sweets as a small welcome gift. And the falls are just a five-minute walk away. Five out of five, though I'd give more if I could. Superb!

The waterfalls are close by, and some excellent restaurants are nearby too. The property is new and clean, and the welcome and courtesy really stand out. There are discounts for the falls as well. Highly recommended.
