The stay ruined our vacation. We left after 3 nights, even though we'd paid for 10. We're a couple with a 5-year-old daughter, and it wasn't suitable for a family holiday. She cried every night, whether over the shower water swinging from boiling hot to freezing cold, the morning light coming in through a broken shutter, or a drunken couple fighting one evening. There were cockroaches on the filthy landing, a garbage smell, badly working air conditioning, squeaky beds, and noise from outside. Six rooms shared one small drying rack. We found cigarette butts on the windowsill despite being in a non-smoking room. Breakfast was only described as “available” because there are bars nearby, and cleaning wasn't done unless requested. They assured us arrogantly that a technician would fix the shutter, but when I walked beneath the building at the end of our supposed stay, it was still broken. Enjoy the vandals you're attracting as your clientele. People with any sense of humor won't go back. Be careful, I don't understand the positive reviews. Read the others carefully, they're all similar.

I've stayed here before, but the only thing left of what I remembered was the location. There was no breakfast. The room was cleaned after two days, and only after I called to ask for it.

The room was very dirty, with hair in the bed, dust around the room, and mold in the bathroom. The property is managed remotely, with nobody there in person, and the service lacked professionalism and, especially, willingness to help. I ran into several problems: for days I couldn't get a response, even though they had something of mine in their possession, and they failed to show up for appointments at the property without even giving me advance notice. The trouble this caused me was considerable. I advise anyone planning to stay in Terracina not to waste their money here and to avoid the unpleasant experience I unfortunately had. What a shame.

The guy was kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the building is well located. But the entrance was questionable, with trash on the floor and a constant stench outside and in the stairwell. Our room was more or less clean, though the blankets and towels were stained. The sink faucet was faulty, and there was still hair in the shower from the previous guest. The room next to ours didn't have a bidet.
