Right in the historic center, and the staff who take care of breakfast and cleaning were kind and helpful. Hot water was a real problem: three of our four showers ended up being cold. There was no mini-fridge in the room, and the small fridge in the shared area was being used for breakfast supplies.

Breakfast was generous, and the lemon cream dessert was my favorite. The staff were friendly and kind, and the rooms were cleaned each day. It is a multi-level old house in the historic center, inside a restricted traffic area. Our room was small, had no balcony, and the shower stayed dim because a bulb was out. The water took a while to warm up, and street noise from the nearby restaurants carried on late. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop in the surrounding lanes, though. Parking is 250-300 meters away, outside the center, and the steep stairs to the upper floor could be tough with heavy bags. Terracina beach is walkable if you don't mind going more than 1 km.

The breakfast was good and plentiful, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. Our room was small, with no balcony, and the shower was dark because its light wasn't working. Being right in the town center meant a lot of noise; even with the window fully shut, it was hard to sleep until late.

That homey, welcoming feeling was what we liked most during our week here. The owner was always friendly and available if we needed anything. Our room was cozy and clean, breakfast was delicious and served each morning by the welcoming staff, and the B&B sits in a great spot in the historic center. I'd recommend it.
