Barbara, the owner, gives you such a warm, genuine welcome. Breakfast was top notch, too. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by greenery, with a stream murmuring nearby, and a handy base for visiting historic villages and Arezzo.

Barbara was so kind and welcoming, and happy to answer any questions. The rooms are thoughtfully finished, and breakfast came in generous portions with lots to choose from. We only managed two nights, sadly, but the olive trees, oaks, and soft sound of the nearby river waterfall made for a lovely setting.

We came for the weekend and found a little fairytale house, with its own garden and care taken over every detail. It was spotless, smelled fresh, and had all the comforts we needed: a stove, moka pot, toaster, fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery, soaps, and more. Barbara welcomed us warmly. You can tell she puts a lot of passion into her work. She’s genuine, kind, friendly, and willing to accommodate guests’ requests. A great place to get away from city chaos and recharge in nature.

The little apartment was clean, cozy, and furnished with care. There’s no kitchen, but for breakfast it has what you need, including an electric stove, and Barbara supplies a generous choice of fresh croissants. It’s a bit hard to reach, though her one of a kind hospitality more than makes up for that.
