Break House Hotel

The breakfast was really welcoming, and the staff were friendly. The hotel itself isn't fancy, but they make up for the lack of luxury with how they treat you.

The location is good and the price is reasonable, but I don't think this hotel earns its three stars. Rooms on one side face a restaurant, and there are no blinds on the windows. I wouldn't stay here again.

We both work in hotels, so my partner and I know what to look for in cleanliness and order. The room has the things you'd need to feel at home, but the cleaning was poor. Dust covered the floor, desk, and closet, and the air conditioner looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since it was bought. The sheets were unpleasant to look at, too. I've never seen a hotel room without spare pillows in the closet, which was packed with winter blankets that clearly hadn't been washed. I'm attaching a photo.

The only good part was how kind the gentleman was when he checked us in. The room was dusty, and the air conditioning was broken and dusty too. There were no shutters on the window, just a very dusty curtain. The restaurant underneath played music loudly until 12:30 AM. It got quieter after that, but was still too loud. Breakfast isn't offered at the property, and there aren't any bars close by, so you have to drive a couple of kilometers to a pastry shop. The online description really needs updating. I won't be back.
