The food made the evening memorable. We loved every dish, from the uniquely presented Chef's finger foods and the chef's welcome to the amuse-bouche and pre-dessert bites. The ingredients were high quality, the presentation was impressive, and the creativity and balance of the flavors were spot on. The Spaghettone with pepper and black lemon may be my favorite pasta sauce ever. We're lucky to have great produce and a strong food scene where we're from, and this meal absolutely met our standards. The restaurant has a sleek, modern feel, and the beautiful glassware added to the experience. We chose tasting menus, with the courses timed thoughtfully. The staff worked seamlessly together, knew the ingredients and stories behind every dish, and were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Georgia for taking such good care of us. My husband had arranged flowers and dessert for my 30th birthday, and the staff sourced and presented them perfectly. He surprised me with dinner here, and the whole evening exceeded both our expectations. We were excited to try fine dining inspired by the Tuscan countryside, and had such a lovely time enjoying every mouthful and the kindness of the staff.

The only part that fell short was the spa. It didn't feel fully developed. My wife asked for a manicure, but they had neither nail polish nor remover, so they asked her to come back the next day to finish the service. The massage was mediocre too. The table had no face opening, and lying with her neck twisted left her with worse shoulder pain afterward. The rooms are spacious modern apartments, fitted out superbly and with careful attention to detail. Breakfast delivered to our room, made with fresh local ingredients, was the best we had in Italy. And the Michelin-starred restaurant deserves a special mention. The 31-year-old chef is very talented, and the dishes were surprising, balanced, and perfectly executed. My wife and I have eaten at several one- and two-star restaurants in Italy, and we both thought this was the best, despite having different tastes. We went twice, once for the tasting menu and once à la carte, and were impressed both times. All in all, a great place worth visiting.

The wines were great, and the staff were amazing. We loved how the ingredients, flavors, and dishes were presented. The food and hospitality feel modern, in a sleek setting, and the quality and style are very high. The price seemed reasonable, especially with all the extra little dishes they bring. We were very full when we left. Definitely worth eating here.

My favorite part was the breakfast delivered to the room. There were so many choices, all made with high-quality local ingredients. The bread and fruit juices in particular were delicious, and I missed them once I got home. The suite was spacious and very clean, with an inspiring mix of farmhouse and modern design. Every bedroom window looked out over the vineyard. After a wine tasting at La Spinetta, just across from the hotel, we walked along the vineyard in the afternoon. The receptionist was so polite and came out to help with our bags. I had to change my breakfast choice at the last minute the next day, and they handled it without complaint. The staff were kind and professional. Guests also have free access to the steam bath, which was relaxing after a day exploring the village. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed it. We're not usually fine-dining fans, but the meal at Laqua rest. was worth it. We ordered à la carte, and the staff were professional, explained the dishes, and recommended a wine I loved with my fish. Dessert was lovely too. After busy, tiring days museum-hopping in Florence, we drove out into the countryside for the calm and beautiful Tuscan scenery. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Pisa airport, and it was easy to get back there on our last day. I'd recommend Laqua vineyard hotel if you want a vineyard stay and a convenient drive to or from the airport, with a five-star experience at a reasonable price. The pool was closed when we visited in October because of the weather, but we knew that in advance and weren't expecting to use it. Thanks, Laqua, for a wonderful stay.

The food was fresh, tasty, and looked beautiful, and the service was very good. Everyone was friendly, and the wine pairing worked really well with the meal. I did find the wines good, but too expensive.
