We've stayed at this family hotel twice, once in winter and once in summer, and both visits were great. Everyone is warm and friendly, the food is really tasty, and the homemade apple juice and jam are especially good. The spa is nice too. Highly recommend!

I left my walking sticks at home and mentioned it to the staff. One of the owners kindly drove me to a sports shop in the neighboring village, free of charge and with a smile. The owners are extremely friendly, and the hotel is clean, with excellent food and helpful staff. It also has a sunny location. I can really recommend it.

Mont Trekking arranged our stay at the Pippo Hotel for our trek, and we couldn't have been happier. On the first evening, we happened to arrive for the Pippo's outdoor dinner. The meal and service were excellent, with lovely views of the Val di Sol, and the main hostess even put on a musical and singing show. The staff were always courteous and helpful, gave us useful recommendations for the area, and explained parts of our trip in ways that really helped us. They also arranged transport and helped us plan how to leave Terzolas. We'd gladly stay here again in summer or winter. Thank you Pippo!

We came for the food and were delighted by the dinners, which were extremely tasty, generous, and different every day. Breakfast brought homemade lemonades and jams, and we could have free water with dinner too. The hosts were caring, and manager Paola was polite and very helpful. Our room was cleaned daily, had a comfortable mattress, and was very clean. The hotel shuttle got us to the slopes efficiently, parking was free, and the train station was nearby. There were also a steam bath, a dry bath, a jacuzzi, and aromatherapy showers. We felt fantastic and highly recommend it!

Paola and the rest of the staff made everything easy, always ready to help and make our stay pleasant. I spent a week at Pippo Hotel with two friends in the first week of March 2024, and the timing was perfect. We were lucky to get free room upgrades. The renovated rooms were always warm, and the beds were excellent, long enough even for me at almost 2 meters tall. The half board was excellent, with beautifully prepared food we enjoyed every day and miss now. It was a 10-minute hotel bus ride to the mountains, then we could relax in the sauna after skiing. What more could you ask for? Thanks again for the hospitality and wonderful attitude!
