We spent four nights here with our little dog and really enjoyed our time at Tirolensis. The garden and pool area are fabulous, and the bar staff brought excellent drinks right to our sun loungers. After a full day of cycling, we had a wonderfully relaxing massage. The family and staff were great hosts from morning until late at night, and gave us useful suggestions for e-bike routes and possible excursions. Breakfast was excellent, while the evening food and wine were different in a very good way. We especially enjoyed the wines they recommended and described so well. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the details. Our room was a little older, though a good size and nicely refurbished on the surfaces. The beds and pillows were quite hard, but that comes down to personal taste. Many thanks, we’ll absolutely come back to this lovely family and their staff.

The Sunday dinner buffet was my favorite part of our stay, and breakfast had a splendid range of choices. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a balcony looking out over greenery. The indoor and outdoor pools and sauna made the place feel complete. The staff were lovely and competent, and their hospitality helped make our summer holiday a blessing. We had a really good time and could recommend this place to anyone.

We’ll return, of course. Our magical night here will stay with us, and the evening at the restaurant was a real treat. The whole place feels full of love and positive energy, from the smiling welcome to the kind staff and family. The indoor pool was wonderfully relaxing, as were the sauna and garden pool. The rooms were immaculate, the food terrific, and the spa and pools were lovely. Service was exceptionally friendly, and the hotel is beautifully kept. The Oberrauch family are involved in every part of running the place, and you can tell it’s expertly managed. It’s in a beautiful spot, about 15 minutes from the Brennero motorway and close to Merano and Bolzano. It has everything.

We had a lovely 10 days at Hotel Tirolensis. The food was great, and Family Oberrauch and the staff were all very friendly. A lovely hotel in Südtirol.
