We had such a wonderful time here, despite the trip in. Google Maps sent me to the wrong place, and after asking three times I ended up driving through people's backyards by mistake. The road is terrible, it's tricky to find your way back down at night, and there's just one set menu: antipasto, pasta, meat and vegetables, fruit, dessert, coffee, bread, wine, and water for €25 on 26/7/2013. The only choice is still or sparkling water. I don't think the waiter speaks anything but Italian, or maybe dialect, since he didn't understand “Niente maiale, per favore!” But eating outside with the cicadas and sheep bells, watching the sky grow dark and smelling the flowers, was wonderful. No traffic or television to spoil the moment. The food was great, cooked and served well. I'll be back! :)

For traditional Sardinian cooking, this place has it all. The pasta, vegetables, meat, and desserts all taste like Sardinia, like dinner at your Sardinian grandmother's home. The service is both professional and friendly, the atmosphere refined, and the owner welcoming. A Michelin-starred chef, fair prices, and a job well done!

The generous portions were so tasty I couldn't leave anything behind, though it really did feel like a feast. The food was home-cooked in the best way, delicious without being heavy, and the service was friendly and helpful. The set menu is something special: all kinds of appetizers, two first courses, two main courses, Sardinian sweets, plus water, wine, coffee, and myrtle liqueur. It was all to my taste, especially the eggplant, ravioli (!!), stewed mutton, papassini, and myrtle liqueur.
