The property has a new pool, great staff, new high-standard rooms, a small kitchen, Wi-Fi, a modern TV, and a garage in Aer/Tignale. It could be a five-star stay. But we booked for two adults and a child aged 2 1/2, and there was no bed, chair, or towels for him. It had simply been forgotten. At 250 € a night, that shouldn't happen. Please think about all your guests and you can reach five stars. I know the sort of reply sometimes given to reviews of other places, saying we could have asked. No, this is my rating based on my experience. You could see the booking details and see it at check-in. Deal with it and improve instead of arguing about past guest experiences. I can't ask you to fix everything during my stay to turn it into a five-star experience on the last day. That's your job on the first day. I think you'll improve, and I think we'd come back.

You can hear noise from the neighboring apartments because the sound insulation is poor. The spring mattress wasn't very comfortable, and the apartment in front of the balcony spoiled the lake view. A waste of money.

The rooms are beautiful, the pool is top-notch, and the staff were very helpful. The build quality is almost perfect, and even though it's a few years old, everything looks and feels new. The drive takes some effort, though. After 700 km on the road, I thought I'd made a mistake when the last 8 km from the ss45 roads turned into winding roads. Parking spaces are another problem. Also, I couldn't adjust the air conditioning enough to enjoy it, and unfortunately the fan mode couldn't be switched off. Still, generally speaking, it's a really good place to stay.
