The lake view is excellent, but the rooms smell bad, and so do the beds and bedding.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating, and gave us some great recommendations. There’s ample parking and a beautiful view of Lake Garda. The accommodation is very clean. The furnishings are showing their age, but they still have a certain charm. The mattress and bed frame are new. We’d love to come back!

We wouldn’t book this place again. The overall impression was neglected, and everything felt dirty and disgusting. There was mold behind the bed and in the bathroom, and the old furniture didn’t help. It was very noisy, including from the neighbors. There’s no air conditioning, which we missed when booking. On the positive side, contact was friendly, the location was good, and the Wi-Fi worked well.

The view is beautiful, but the apartment was simply awful. The beds were uncomfortable, some of the bedding was dirty, and the shower kept switching between water that was too cold and too hot. Beware of bed warts! We came home with itchy skin. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place.
