The staff were excellent throughout, and the room was lovely, modern, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and had a good range, including gluten-free options. With Tirano station only a five-minute walk away, it’s very good value.

The owner, Camilla, and Simone at the bar were both friendly, courteous, and professional. The hotel itself was very nice, with modern rooms, a great breakfast, and a location close to the station. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely stay here every time I come to Tirano.

The staff were so welcoming, and breakfast was lovely. Our room was spotless and fresh smelling, with lots of space and really comfortable beds. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

The owner was incredibly kind and even checked Bernina Express times for me, then sent them over WhatsApp to help with our plans. We also had a delicious breakfast before setting off, and slept well. The hotel was clean throughout, with a stylish modern look. Our check-in was quick, and although we were arriving after reception normally closed, they stayed open until 10:30pm. They also explained how to get in if our transport ran later, so we knew we wouldn't be stranded. A great stop before the train, and we'd happily stay again.
