The room matched the booking photos and was really clean, with a lovely smell. The location was superb. Definitely recommend it!

Clean, modern accommodation, with lots of restaurants nearby and a beautiful church close by too.

We all slept like babies. The rooms were roomy and clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was really good. Tap water was drinkable, the hot water was fine, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Stefania was a big help and shared suggestions for places to visit. The accommodation was quiet, very comfortable, and beautifully clean, in a perfect spot in lovely Tirano.

Very unpleasant. About 20 minutes before check-in, reception called several times to ask when we would leave the room because they needed to clean it quickly. There were only two guests. Also, the person responding at the front desk during check-in did not speak English.
