We hadn't planned to stay here. We came after getting away from the worst holiday experience of my life at our previous booking, a hotel 2km northwest of the centre of Tiers. Hotel Paradies really lived up to its name. The building is beautiful, as are the breakfast and dining room and spa area, and our room was spacious, warm and had a great view. Best of all was the hospitality. Mrs Katharina and her mother did everything they could to meet our needs, offering travel tips and suggestions and helping us feel comfortable. The half-board price included a wonderful haute cuisine meal with several dishes and options, and it was great value. Everyone was genuinely friendly, from the owner to the cleaning staff, kitchen staff and waitress. We also loved the clean, lovely, warm swimming pool. Thank you all!

The food was really delicious, and the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The service staff were attentive and friendly. A great place to stay, and one I can only recommend.

A lot is taken care of here, with comfort and hygiene at a very high level. The facility is very nice, the kitchen is great, and the staff and location are excellent. It's near the bus station for trips to the ski resorts, and works perfectly for hiking holidays too. The sauna, jacuzzi and pool add even more value.

The view from the room was gorgeous, and the meals were hard to beat. We spent four days here, had dinner once and breakfast every day. Incredible place, probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in, even though on paper it's only 3 Stars!

The spa area was nice, though there was a lot of chlorine. Rooms were very big, and the atmosphere was good. The food was delicious, but I thought breakfast had a somewhat limited choice. Overall, a good hotel.
