Hotel Krause

We felt so comfortable during our lovely four-day stay at Hotel Krause. It was relaxing and enjoyable, and we’d love to return. Many thanks to the lovely Krause family!

The setting is hard to beat: from a sunny terrace or balcony there are breathtaking views across the valley and mountains, with hiking trails and tours close by and free public transport well connected. The hotel itself is small but exquisite, with everything we want in its location, amenities, and service. The Krause family and their team are always warm and attentive. Rooms are modern and comfortable, breakfast is delicious, and dinner is consistently a Michelin-starred treat. A relatively new spa area adds even more to the relaxed feel. We love coming back here in every season. Thank you to the Krause family!

Public transport is right next door, and the location is fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the owners are open and helpful, which makes the whole place feel welcoming. Rooms are clean and lovely, the food is fresh, and breakfast has plenty of choice. The spa and pool are beautiful and well looked after.

We booked our South Tyrol holiday at Hotel Krause for June and July 2025 on my sister-in-law and brother-in-law’s recommendation, and we didn’t regret it for a moment. The outdoor area was beautifully kept, with a pool, whirlpool, citrus trees, and plenty of herbs, plus lots of space to relax. Our rooms were lovely and very clean, and the service staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Both the breakfast buffet and five-course dinner were excellent. Compliments to the kitchen team! The location is stunning, and the Krause family and staff really do live up to their “Sunshine in the House” slogan. Stephan Krause is the very picture of cheerfulness. We highly recommend the hotel and plan to return in 2026. The only thing we’d have liked was a refrigerator in the room.
