My Eliot and Rei were so welcoming, and the hostess was incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment feels luxurious but still private and quiet, just a few steps from the center. There's an early 20th-century garden and a large terrace with lovely views. 💖

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Hochland, and everything went just as planned. The place was spotless and well organized, with very tasteful decor. Its location is perfect, with direct, private access to the "passeggiata tappeiner". The owner really made the stay. She was always friendly and available, and gave us great tips for restaurants and little shops. We'll be back!

The apartments are furnished with a lot of care and taste, and the hostess is attentive and very friendly. From this beautiful property, you get a stunning view over Merano, and the Tappeinerweg trail runs right by it. Merano's center is about a 10-minute walk away if you take the stairs. Nearby, at the "Powder Tower," there's a small, modest Italian snack bar with fantastic food. We'd love to return!

We booked the lovely apartment with garden access at Villa Hochland for the week before Easter. The terrace looks out over Merano, and the privacy was a real pleasure. Even sitting in the garden was wonderfully quiet. The owner was very friendly and kept leaving us something delicious at the door. The place isn't cheap, but we felt the price was reasonable for a luxurious stay for two. The apartment was superbly equipped. The pool was still closed in April, so we couldn't use it. We'd be happy to come back for another relaxing stay.

A beautiful, peaceful garden, stylish apartments, and breathtaking views across Merano and the surrounding area. The old town and city center are only a 10-minute walk away. Villa Hochland is one of the best places to stay in Merano, and I always love coming back! ❤️
