Seeing the terrace with our family was unforgettable, it was so beautiful and breathtaking. Thank you so much. We’ll remember it for the rest of our lives. God bless you!

We were here for three nights while visiting Rome, which is about a 30-minute drive away, and the location worked well. The room was OK and breakfast was good. We did mention a couple of problems before leaving: the shower knob kept coming off, and twice we came back to find water pouring from the air conditioning unit, so we had to mop it up.

We arrived very late after dealing with cancelled flights, and they greeted us with real kindness. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the views are amazing. Our room had a lovely whirlpool tub, though the shower was small. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and there’s a very sweet kitty too. Highly recommend this comfortable B&B.

The view from our room was incredible, and breakfast was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and hospitable, and they could speak English, which doesn't seem too common in Italy. The room was clean and big enough, and the bed was comfy. We had a great stay and definitely want to return. Many thanks!

Why stay in hot, sweaty Rome when you can enjoy Tivoli’s breezes, generous breakfast choices, and outstanding hospitality? Andrea has made this a marvellous place in a marvellous town, with cozy, clean, well-equipped rooms that are comfortable above all. The main sights are easy to reach on foot. Most highly recommended!
