We had the room with a lovely terrace and a view across to Rome. If you look carefully, you can make out the basilica of saint Peter. The room had AC and was great, and the breakfast table has a lovely view too, as shown in the terrace photo. A great B&B, run by two passionate owners who’ve been doing this for years.

Parking was really easy, since the owners provided a spot right in front of the b&b. They were extremely kind, too. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful bead & breakfast, set in an amazing spot in Tivoli.

The owners were friendly and the room was decent, but my stay last week was just okay. I wouldn’t recommend the 'matrimonial' room because it’s right outside the 'office' and breakfast room. People were talking loudly outside the door from pretty early. Breakfast was the simplest I’ve ever had in Italy after many trips: two pieces of pound cake, a piece of bread, some jam and nutella, and coffee of your choice. I had to ask for juice, and got a small glass.

Be careful with the booking terms. If you don’t cancel at least 14 days ahead, this property charges the first night. With flights sometimes being canceled only a few days before departure, that feels like a trap. A lot can happen in the two weeks before check-in, beyond your control. The lack of flexibility made for a very unpleasant experience.
