The rooms are beautifully done with an artistic touch. A very nice Italian couple owns the place, and it's close to both villa gregoriana and tivoli.

The price is excellent for what you get, and the B&B sits in the historic center in a building that has kept its original architecture. There are plenty of thoughtful details, but our room had some real downsides: the bed was uncomfortable, the tiny bathroom was freezing, and breakfast was very modest. We also couldn't use the TV, and the owners weren't able to fix it. You can't reach the property by car.

We loved Tivoli, and this place was a big part of that. It's in the city's oldest square, with parking about 500 meters away and almost free. The tower is definitely ancient, but inside you'll find art and beautiful craftsmanship. Giulia and Pino made us feel like royalty.

There's a small kitchenette, and the place is simple, cozy, and clean. Right in the historic center, you feel at ease here and sleep well.
