Giovanni is a warm and welcoming owner. This isn't really a bed and breakfast if you expect someone to make breakfast for you, but we liked fixing our own. The kitchenette has a sink, espresso machine, stove, refrigerator, and even a washing machine.

A lovely spot in Tivoli. We stayed one night and really appreciated the friendly welcome and all the help with parking, restaurants, and sightseeing.

The host has thought of just about everything and is English friendly. He was considerate, gave us a parking permit for the city, and even provided breakfast, which we enjoyed along with the coffee we made. The room is comfortable and sophisticated, with all the kitchen equipment. Watch out for the city's ZTL, and pack light because there are stairs up to the room. For the price, the value is really good!

Breakfast was a favorite part for me! We felt so at home thanks to the very warm welcome. The location in Tivoli was just right, near landmarks, good places to eat, and shops. We'd definitely come back.
