Filipe made the stay memorable as an amazing host. The hotel has so much history and charm, and it’s perfectly placed for exploring Tivoli. This was the highlight of our three-week trip to Italy, thanks to its authenticity and character, not because it was "the Ritz". I could say so many good things about our time here.

We’d gladly come back to Tivoli just to stay at Regina BnB again. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view over the main square and the busy flower and fruit market below. Filippo went out of his way to suggest local places, including Sibella, where we had the most romantic and delicious meal we’ve ever had in Italy. The rooftop terrace was amazing, and all the little details made things feel easy and special.

The Wednesday vegetable market was right outside the door, and the rooftop terrazzo gave us a much-needed place to get away. Fillipo was a delightful host, and the rooms were lovely. Parking is some distance away and uphill, but the stay was worth it. The shower pressure was amazing, especially after a month in Italy.

We spent one night here in July 2024 while travelling from Rome to LeMarche, and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning. There’s a great rooftop patio with an outdoor sofa and a view over the surrounding area. We didn’t use the breakfast area because the owner took us for coffee at a nearby cafe instead. It was a very good stay, and we hope to return next year.

Filippo was kind and helpful, and I enjoyed staying here. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, right on the center square. I’d recommend Regina B&B for a visit to Tivoli.
