Residenze Gregoriane - Dimora d'Epoca

Tivoli’s beautiful gardens make it a lovely place to visit, and RG is a hidden gem. It was such a charming place to start our trip as we toured and left Rome. From the moment we walked into the hotel, Giovanni, Marco, and everyone at Residenze Gregorian made us feel like family, the good kind!

Tivoli itself is lovely, with great restaurants, cafes, sights, and shops. The accommodations were spectacular, right in the heart of town, and the service was second to none. We wanted for nothing during our stay, with free parking, an exquisite breakfast, and an amazing courtyard. I can’t recommend Residenze Gregoriane - Residenza d'Epoca highly enough.

The courtyard was amazing to walk into, and seeing our rooms left us speechless. They had history, art, and beauty without giving up comfort. My brother’s room even had a fuseball table, and the owner joined us for a game. The staff were kind, warm, and welcoming, a real breath of fresh air compared with other places we stayed on our trip. The location is perfect too, a calm retreat from Rome that’s still not too far from the airport and within walking distance of Tivoli’s restaurants, shops, and gelato.

Giovanni and his team made me feel incredibly well looked after. They were kind, helpful, and showed what a family-run place in hospitality can be. Breakfast was amazing, and the whole stay felt like being a special guest in a private, luxurious setting. The parking was great, and the location is right in the center of Tivoli. The residence is a remarkable 16th-century villa, designed by the architect behind Villa D’Este. Its owner has brought it back to an old-world level of luxury, with the work fitting beautifully into the building’s original character. Even the fantastic spa beneath the villa respects its elegance and art. I’ve never had such wonderful treatment. I’ll be back again and again. My number one choice. Thank you, Giovanni.
