A warm welcome from the host, and the room was clean with a super comfortable mattress. There's a Jacuzzi, an elevator, and parking too. Great spot right in the centro of Tolentino.

Mr. Emanuele was wonderful and very helpful, and we had a delightful stay. The location is super strategic, so you can get around everywhere quickly. There are also lots of places nearby where you can eat really well.

The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated with charm and kept spotless. Even the toiletries and espresso machine were well above average. The location is perfect, and meeting the friendly, professional owner led us to an excellent dinner. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment is lovely, with modern furnishings and everything well appointed. We felt right at home thanks to Emanuele, who was welcoming, friendly, and helpful, with just the professionalism guests need. We had a wonderful stay at the B&B Luxury My Home and recommend it to everyone 🎉🎉🎉

The beds were so comfortable that I slept like a log. The rooms and bathrooms have a modern look, and the B&B itself is beautiful, especially the white-and-marble living room. My one disappointment was not meeting the owners at all. I received all the information by phone.
