The restaurant was amazing. There were three of us and we ordered four dishes, and every one was really good. Even the French fries were properly crunchy. The rooms are cute and clean, and everyone is kind and helpful. If I get the chance, I’ll come again :)

The staff were very friendly, and we were happy with our stay. It’s a simple, very clean hotel, with restaurants and coffee shops downstairs. There isn’t much soundproofing, though, so you hear every car coming and going.

The staff are wonderful and always friendly, and the food selection and sweets are delightful. We had an absolutely amazing stay and will definitely come back.

The building looks a little dated from outside, but our assigned room was clean and very modern, with brand-new equipment throughout, from the fixtures to the TV and air conditioning. It even had electric shutters. After an initial hiccup when our booking didn’t show up, the issue was sorted promptly and we were very happy. Tolmezzo seemed like an absolutely anonymous place to us, so I don’t think hotel rates can reach those of tourist resorts. Still, €70 for a double room felt like a satisfactory deal.

The accommodation was perfect, and so was the receptionist. The breakfast included in the price was very, very weak, just sweet pastries and yogurt, and the coffee was horrible. But if you ordered coffee, it was great, though you had to pay for it.
