The pool was excellent, though since it’s shared with people other than property guests, it would make sense to reserve sun loungers ahead of time for residents. The owners were kind, but we didn’t see much of them. We spent a week at the farmhouse with family, which was a convenient base for visiting the nearby villages. Our room was nice, but there were no mosquito screens. In the countryside, those would be useful so you could switch off the air conditioning now and then.

The location made it easy to get to all the lovely towns and villages, and we’ll hold onto some wonderful memories of our stay. The apartments were spotless and had everything we needed, from dishes and linens to air conditioning, television and WiFi. The pool area was lovely for relaxing at sunset, and my son had a blast swimming and diving. Breakfast and the other services were great too. Maria’s cakes were a treat, and Aurora was so kind and attentive to the details. Lorenzo kept everything running smoothly. The property is a little gem among the Umbrian vineyards, with enchanting scenery and views. The staff clearly put a lot of care into making guests’ stays go well, while still giving us space. We can’t wait to return.

We went as a couple to use the pool, which is a beautiful, peaceful spot. It’s mainly for apartment guests, with only a few outside couples allowed in, and there’s a bar and other amenities. We didn’t use the rooms, so I haven’t rated them.

My family loved the rustic breakfast, with pastries, cured meats and more. The veranda had wooden checkers and chess sets, a nice little detail. The mini apartments are self-contained, well designed and very clean, in a quiet vineyard setting in the Umbrian countryside just a few kilometers from Perugia.
