Leonardo and his family were so kind and discreet. The house is tucked into a lovely, well-kept garden, and we were really impressed by how clean everything was and the care taken with the details. It's also a handy base for visiting several villages. Highly recommended!

We'd give it six stars if we could. Leonardo and his family were incredibly kind and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore. Bettona is only a 10-minute drive away and well worth seeing; Assisi, Perugia, and Todi are all within 30 minutes. We happened to be there for Torgiano's “Calici sotto le stelle,” with Umbrian food and wine tastings and fireworks. We'll definitely come back! The property is a two-room apartment with a bathroom, separate from the owners' house, plus a little patio for eating outside. The new kitchen has everything you need, including an induction stove, microwave, dishes, cookware, dishwasher, and washing machine. There's also a sofa bed and two split-zone air conditioning units. We made good use of the pool, which has a shallow section for children, along with the sun loungers and hammock. Bikes are available too.

The apartment is clean, well furnished, and has everything you need, but what really stayed with me was the warm welcome and the calm, discreet atmosphere. The green surroundings feel like an oasis, and the hosts' smiles and care for their guests are the finishing touch.

The pool is gorgeous and kept spotless. Leonardo and his family make you feel right at home and provide everything you need. It really feels like paradise, a place you have to see!
