Bed & Breakfast Dèco

We loved the ferry right outside, which made it easy to visit other places around the lake. The village was quiet and small, with a couple of restaurants very close by, plus a lovely little supermarket and a pharmacy. This was one of our favorite stops on a two-month trip. We booked one night in the apartment and ended up extending to two. It was spacious, with a full kitchen, including induction elements, and had everything we needed to cook a meal while the restaurant was closed. The shower is tiny, but it was fine. There’s a shared terrace for three rooms, though nobody else used it while we were there. It was beautiful, with the best views over the water. Breakfast was the best we had during a month in Italy. It was generous and really high quality: fresh buffalo mozzarella, meats, tomato, croissants, bread and a big plate of fresh fruit, all laid out on a table just for us, not a buffet. The bar and restaurant were reasonably priced and the food tasted good. Everyone on staff was lovely and kind to our 10-month-old.

The breakfast was really good, and the hotel was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were nicely decorated, the staff were super friendly, and the location in the center of Torno came with great lake views. We wouldn’t change a thing, it was an amazing stay.

A really spacious room with a super comfy bed and a great view of the lake from the window. The location was fantastic, the atmosphere was lovely, and there’s a superb local Italian bar and coffee shop on the first floor.

Torno is one of our favorite places on Lake Como, with its charming village and fishing boats. When we travel with our dog, we stay at Deco. It’s a distinctive place, with old pans and authentic Italian decor, and it’s clean and just around the corner from the harbor. The shower is on the small side, but otherwise everything is excellent. The bar and restaurant serve very good food, and breakfast is very good too.
