The room looked onto the garbage bin area, so we got unlucky with the balcony view. But the hotel needs major renovation anyway: stained rugs, leaking ceilings, and bubbling on the main floor, though I’m not sure the photos show that clearly. There weren’t any beach towels by the pool; you had to ask at the desk to sign them out. This doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel.

The pool closes at 7 pm, so there’s no evening swim to cool off, and renting a pool towel costs 3 euros. The bar felt extremely expensive for this part of Italy, with beer at 8 euros. They even wanted 2 euros per person because we brought in a water bottle from outside, despite it being over 30°C. The service was horrible, and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Google Maps won’t let me give negative stars, but I would. Definitely not four-star. Do all you can to avoid it.

1700 euros disappeared from my parents’ room. We reported it, but management and the front desk were really unhelpful throughout the complaint and the claims with the police and insurance company. None of the money was ever returned, and it spoiled the visit entirely. This is a less than average hotel, a rip-off, and not safe. Terrible administration, and I believe there are thieves among the employees. Not recommended. Avoid.

The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, with friendly staff, a nice pool area that isn’t too noisy, and a good breakfast selection. The rooms were very clean and had spacious balconies. It’s in a good location if you have a car, and there’s a barista. Some maintenance is needed, including the showers, paint, and hallway lights, before it’s in top shape, but it’s still a cozy hotel.

The bar is nice, though it gets very loud until 2am, and the restaurant food is boring. We liked the pool, but didn’t use it because you have to wear one of those fun-killer swimming caps 🙄. Good location, and the hotel itself is good but simple. We won’t go back.
