The rooms were so clean and lovely, and breakfast was fantastic. We loved it!

A peaceful, welcoming place with a beautiful, spotless room and a really good breakfast.

Breakfast was waiting on the table outside our room each morning, with plenty of warm croissants, bread, fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese, ham, and eggs. We could also make coffee or heat tea or milk in the room, and the cereal, biscuits, toast, milk, water, jam, and butter were kept topped up. The room and bathroom were both spacious, clean, fragrant, and tidy, with air conditioning, a coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, safe, double bed, shower, hairdryer, and towels. We stayed for three days in August 2017, and the B&B felt like home. Graziella, who runs it, was kind and helpful. The lake is right in front of the room, and Graziella provides guests with sun loungers and umbrellas. You can walk into the city center along the lakeside promenade, or use the free scheduled shuttle that stops right outside. The B&B is about 2 km from the city center, where the paid parking lot is usually full. Parking outside the B&B can be tricky because the hill is steep, though the room brochure explains how to manage it. If that doesn't work, there is street parking by the pizzeria across the street. For the service, the quality and price are excellent.

We had a bright, roomy space with a lake view, and Graziella brought breakfast to our small terrace herself each morning. She was very kind and shared a few useful tips. The B&B is a small, privately run place with only three rooms. Nearby, the water is clear and clean, and there's a pebble beach. Torri del Benaco is about a 20-30 minute walk along the beach and promenade, or you can take the free bus.
