The bar and restaurant both had great food and drinks, and the staff were friendly. Our room briefly had no water, then no hot water, but both problems were sorted out quickly. The place was clean and well kept, and the location is great. Parking is off site, though they run a golf cart transfer, and the driver was really nice.

The lake view was breathtaking, and we had a wonderful time. Our room was well equipped, the staff were sincerely friendly, the bar and restaurant were excellent, and breakfast was amazing. One thing to plan for is parking: you can’t drive up to the hotel because the street is pedestrian only. Call ahead and arrange it. There’s a private garage off site, and an attendant will meet you in a golf cart, guide you there, then bring you and your luggage back. We waited in the large public lot, where there’s an area to wait without paying to enter.

The pizza was perfect, and everything else we ate was wonderful too. We had excellent, smiling service from everyone, including the front desk, waiters, cleaners and driver Francesco. Hotel del Porto is a beautiful place right on Lake Garda, and our room had a lovely view.

We loved our lake view room so much that, after the first few days, we extended our stay for the rest of the trip. The breakfast had lots of delicious choices and a lovely view to start the day, and the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel del Porto is the best, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return.

Our travel agent picked this hotel because it was near the place our son was renting, and we’ve been very happy with the choice. Management and staff have all been outstandingly friendly, and the hotel is clean and well located. Torri del Benaco makes a perfect vacation spot, and Lake Garda is gorgeous. We’d highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.
