Daria and her team made a real effort to help us have a good stay. They know the area well and gave us great support with things to do. The rooms are nice, especially those with balconies, where we had a lovely lake view and could relax at night. The hotel is an easy walk from the town center, and there’s a very convenient parking garage if you want to drive around. Torri del Benaco is also a central base for seeing nearby towns around Garda. We had a great time and are already looking forward to coming back. Would absolutely recommend it.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the hotel is quiet, clean, and modern. It’s close to everything in this cosy little town, with an old castle ruin and picturesque narrow lanes between the old buildings. The air conditioning was OK, but the WiFi was painfully slow. There’s no fridge in the room or pool, either. No staff are there after 22:00, though your room key opens the gate and front door. On your first day, you have to arrive before then or wait outside until 06:00. There was a lot of chlorine in the tap water, so I’d recommend buying bottled drinking water. Be aware of the possible Noro-Virus outbreak from water or ice cubes after rainy, flooded days, due to overflow or contamination from the old sewage pipe.

The room was clean, and breakfast was included and good. The hotel is in a great spot in Torri Del Benaco, just a four-minute walk from Lake Garda.

We were really disappointed with the hotel. We paid a lot for one night, but the smell in the bathroom was terrible. Even with the door shut and the window open, it was very unpleasant. We couldn’t sleep there and left at 21:30 the same day. Renting apartments like this isn’t OK. The response we got from the “hotel” was outrageous and unprofessional. I later saw that other guests had mentioned the same problem in their online reviews, but unfortunately I only read those after our stay.

The reception team was very supportive. Breakfast was nice, parking was nearby, and the ferry, old town, and lake were all a short distance away.
