We stayed in a mobile home with a nice layout and a pleasant patio for sitting outside. The campground has a pool and is near the beach, with easy stroller access. In mid-May the shop and restaurant were closed, and there were no activities. The pool isn't heated, and WiFi only works near reception.

The beach is the main reason to come here, and it's one of the best sites we've found for being so close to a great one. We've camped around Sicily, Puglia and Sardinia many times, and stayed here about ten years ago with our children. This time we booked a large pitch from the UK. The grounds and facilities are regularly cleaned, and there are a pool, restaurant, shop and cafe. The pool hat rule is standard at Italian campsites and didn't bother us. Kids' entertainment breaks the quiet from 8-11, also pretty typical, and they seemed to stop around 11; I've stayed places where it ran until midnight. The shop is basic for an Italian campsite, perhaps because they'd rather you eat at the restaurant, but supermarkets are nearby. Staff were professional, efficient and friendly.

We enjoyed our time at this well-kept place with its lovely beach and facilities, but I'd look at other options for two reasons. The cabins and bungalows get hot, and a fan would've made our stay much more comfortable. Also, swimming caps are required in the pool, which makes it practically useless for us. Wearing one in the heat is no fun, especially for kids who want to swim.

The campsite is well cared for and sits beside a fantastic beach. Families get a lot out of the pool too: there's no deep end and a lifeguard on duty. I used the campsite showers rather than the one in our mobile home, and they were very clean. We booked late and didn't pay the highest rate, so got one of the oldest mobile homes. It needs a lot of updating, or replacing. I'd also have liked some activities in English. The entertainment was loud enough that my children couldn't sleep until after midnight; it should end at 11 pm rather than midnight. I'd recommend the site, though a few changes would be needed for it to earn five stars. Thanks, Adam Wilson.

The campsite is lovely and the beach right in front is great, but August here is no place for peace and quiet. They seem to forget that some campers, including me at the site next door, don't want nonstop disco, karaoke and movies from 4 pm until midnight, at a volume that makes no sense. It's a real shame, because the place would otherwise be worth visiting.
