We had a great stay in this clean, comfortable house, and Francesco was a friendly, helpful host. It's in the upper part of Arbatax and has sea views. The three-level layout gives people sharing the house plenty of privacy: two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine are downstairs, the living room and kitchen are on the main floor, and upstairs are two more bedrooms and another bathroom. We'd come back.

After looking for the right place for years, I think I've finally found a home I'll want to keep coming back to. We arrived today and already love how fresh, clean and fragrant it is. There are four airy, comfortable bedrooms, and the layout across three small floors makes it feel like two separate apartments with a shared living area. It works well for a group of friends, several couples, or two families of four, since everyone can have privacy in the same house. Truly beautiful.

A quiet, welcoming home, split over three floors. It has four bedrooms, two doubles and two twin rooms, plus two bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper and lower floors. In the middle there's the entrance, a small living room with a TV, a dining table and the kitchen. We had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely first week of July in this spacious house. There are four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with singles, and a living room with a kitchenette. Two bedrooms are upstairs and two downstairs, with a bathroom for each sleeping area. It really feels like staying in two apartments 👏👏👏👏👍

The place was dirty, and the rooms had a strong musty smell.
