I spent 15 days at this hotel in the lovely setting of Tortoreto, and the prices were excellent. It welcomes pets, and the beach is very close, with access to a great beach resort through the hotel. For lunch and dinner, there are agreements with three excellent local restaurants. The rooms are large and have air conditioning, roomy wardrobes, a minibar, a TV, and a comfortable bathroom. The beds and mattresses were good quality, housekeeping was excellent, and the linen was changed often. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with sweet and savory choices. Staff were kind, courteous, professional, and ready to help with whatever guests needed.

Breakfast is the highlight here, with a generous, changing selection of sweet and savory food made in-house by the chef each morning. This was my second stay because I had such a good experience the first time. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. It's close to both the beach and the town center. I'll definitely return!

Our stay was a disaster. We'd booked for four, three adults and a child, but the double room had simply been adapted to fit us. There was no space at all, and my older son had to get dressed out on the balcony. The fridge was empty, without even a bottle of water. The bathroom was dreadful: the toilet hadn't been sanitized, the shower was covered in tape, and plastic was hanging from its edge. The sink soap situation was bizarre, and the same dispenser was labeled SHAMPOO inside the shower. The toothbrush holder was VERY DIRTY. The room was VERY clean, with DUST EVERYWHERE. They made us pay as soon as we arrived. If I'd seen the room first, I would rather have forfeited the deposit and left. They didn't replace our towels, apparently in the name of being eco-conscious, though I don't think that was the reason. At 8:45 in the morning, the cleaner stood outside in the hallway with a vacuum, making a deafening noise. The breakfast buffet was so poor I can hardly comment on it. For two nights, the price was EXTREMELY HIGH for what we got. We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

It's handy for being close to the sea, and the room was large. The staff were friendly. The bathroom, though, was in poor shape, with patches and missing parts in the shower and a broken bidet faucet. Breakfast was the last letdown, even though it was described as international. It was never clear what was in the tarts, the jam jars, or the fruit juice jugs. The jam wasn't in single portions, and the jars had no labels. Asking the waiters didn't help.

That breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh fruit, homemade pastries, cured meats, cheeses, bacon, eggs and couscous. We booked a spontaneous weekend away at the last minute and found this hotel in a great spot, just steps from the sea and close to all the amenities. The building is a little dated, but the staff were so friendly and everything else was perfect. We'd definitely come back. 5 stars.
