Palazzo Sayonara

We’ve stayed at this residence twice now, and both visits have been really pleasant. Our second-floor apartment was bright and spacious, with two rooms, two terraces, a washing machine, dishwasher and two air conditioners. The location is handy too, just steps from the seafront and beach club. Doriana is fantastic, always smiling, kind and ready to find a solution whenever there’s a problem. The cleaning staff were courteous and kind as well. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back ❤️

Pets are welcome here, which is another plus. The property is clean, well kept and welcoming, with all the appliances you need. I’ve been coming to Palazzo Sayonara every year for my summer holidays, so I’ve gotten to know the manager, Ms. Doriana, over time. She’s kind, friendly and professional, and always available to help with problems or guests’ needs. We feel at home now, so we’ll be back next year.

For families with kids, it’s all very convenient. The apartment is roomy and practical, close to free parking, the public beach, a big playground, plenty of restaurants, bike rentals, and a café and gelato shop. Doriana is genuinely helpful and kind, and always happy to suggest places, events and things to do.

Thanks to Doriana for the service and care. I’d gladly recommend these apartments if you’re after a comfortable, relaxing stay in Tortoreto. I’ll definitely come back!
