There are two restaurants in the village, and everything is within walking distance. For a livelier scene, you can head a little farther south. We spent a few peaceful days here, with the guest rooms upstairs and a fantastic view of Lake Garda from our private terrace. The hospitality was so warm. The mosquitoes liked us quite a bit too, perhaps because they didn't care for the hosts' "smoker's blood." Even so, we slept well and felt refreshed.
We felt right at home with Alessandra and her husband, who are truly wonderful people. They welcomed us and our four little dogs without a problem. The rooms were spotless and the bathroom was perfect. Breakfast came with homemade jams that were out of this world, especially the grape one. The lake view is enviable too. I'd recommend staying here if you're in the area.
