The concierge made a big difference, with excellent restaurant suggestions and help arranging tickets for local events. The hotel was ideally located for reaching lively neighborhoods and major attractions, yet it stayed quiet and peaceful at night. Each morning, breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious buffet of fresh pastries, local specialties and expertly brewed coffee. My room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, combining comfort and luxury with plush bedding, high-quality amenities and a stunning lake view. The staff greeted me warmly and professionally when I arrived, and check-in was seamless. This was an unforgettable stay that exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend the hotel for business or leisure, and look forward to returning on my next visit.

The fruit splits looked great in the menu photos, so we ordered a banana split and ananas split. What arrived was disappointing: the ananas was canned, with mango, lemon, and vanilla ice cream, a combination that just didn't work. The banana one was simply a banana cut in half with ice cream on top. At those prices, nearly €10 per serving, they really weren't worth it.

We were a little unsure about stopping for lunch because it was early and the place was quiet, but the meal turned out really well. My friend said the carbonara was top notch, I had outstanding ravioli, and our other friend went with a simple salad. Everything was tasty and nicely presented. I did find myself wishing I'd ordered the mussels I saw at a nearby table. I'd definitely recommend it for an easy lunch.

Lovely view with a great coffee. The owner gave us tiramisu on the house, which was a really nice touch. Thank you!
