If you’re cycling around the lake, this is a handy place to stay: there’s a dedicated indoor room for storing your bike safely, and a bike shop outside the hotel if you need help. Breakfast is a welcome change from the usual continental buffet, with fresh dishes and tasty combinations to get the day going. Federica and the staff have put care into everything, from the kitchen to the booking, and even the story behind the modern place. We had a perfect short stop on our trip around Lake Garda ☺️😋🔧

The staff are what make this place: they’re cheerful and willing to help with anything. The reception has an unusual, interesting feel, too. The rooms are basic, spotless and small, with no room for extras like a fridge. Keep in mind that the bedrooms are upstairs on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs, which may be an issue for anyone who struggles with them. It’s an osteria on the main lakeside road, so it’s easy to miss as you pass through Maderna. Breakfast was a highlight for me, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon on toast. A very good place to stay.

I really wanted this to work, but the WiFi was bad. It was fine for a clean bed and secure parking, though that’s about all. I wouldn’t book here again.

The room was simple but comfortable, and the decor is really cute. The owner and staff were lovely and always available. I’d happily recommend it for a night or two while travelling around Lake Garda.

I didn’t stay in the rooms, so I can’t comment on them. The restaurant felt warm and homey, with a nice local atmosphere, good food and tasty cocktails. Service was friendly, and it’s close to everything you’d want in the area.
