I stayed from 15-07-23 till 22-07-23, and for me everything was just right. I like that it’s a smaller hotel. All the staff were friendly; a few spoke only Italian, but that wasn’t a problem. My room was good, the bed was perfect for me, and I slept really well. The small balcony had a great view, and the compact bathroom had everything I needed, including a shower, sink, hairdryer, toilet and enough towels. The air-conditioning helped me sleep too. Breakfast had what I needed: different kinds of bread and sweet breads, marmalade, cheese, meats, eggs, juices and coffee. I ate lunch and dinner there a few times as well. If you haven’t booked meals in advance, you need to reserve at reception. There was something different every day, and it was all very good and tasty. They were also happy to let me stay one extra day when I asked. I already miss the place and hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you, Lilli and everyone else, for making my stay so amazing and helping me feel happy after a long time. I already miss you all. You made me feel at home. The smiling Dutchman :)

A lovely family hotel with friendly staff and wonderful food, much better than many nearby restaurants. It’s a great location for a family holiday with several kids, with good spots for jogging, walking and even children’s football. The ferry harbor is three minutes away.

The villa is only a few metres from the lake, with lovely, roomy retro-style rooms and a very comfortable bed. My balcony looked out over the lake. The bathroom felt a little dated, but it was well equipped. The owners and staff were genuinely kind and helpful, breakfast was buffet style, and uncovered parking was included. Not every room has a lake view. That’s based on the room I stayed in. One photo shows the view from my room, and the other shows the nearby beach.

The lake and lovely promenade are close by, and the mountain and garden views from the balcony were beautiful. I stayed with my dog for a long weekend on half board, in a spacious, clean, renovated room. Everyone greeted me warmly and was helpful. Meals were simple, genuine and generous, including breakfast with fresh cakes, croissants, cold cuts, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, juices and more. The vintage furnishings didn't bother me at all. It was a lovely, relaxing stay.

Breakfast was okay, though there was still far too much single-use plastic in 2023. I only stayed one night, and the value for money could be better. The room smelled unpleasant, and the bathroom was tiny, very old, and really not presentable.
