Don Marino Residence

The staff were friendly and helpful, the covered parking was excellent, and breakfast at the nearby café was good. The room was new and clean, with a kitchenette, air conditioning, and a TV. The bathroom felt a bit too small, and I think that was a design mistake since they could have done better. I would have liked a welcome basket in the kitchen with biscuits and a few tea bags or chamomile tea. Having to get coffee from the coin-operated machine downstairs didn't seem ideal. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed in a room for four that was properly equipped for a disabled guest, with the architectural barriers appropriately removed. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the common areas were clean and well looked after, and the staff managed everything very well. Raffaella, Angela, and Michele deserve a special thank you. They made my vacation really comfortable, and I'll definitely come back.

We felt right at home, only in fantastic Trani, and Raffaella and Michele were so kind and helpful. Their adorable dogs made it even nicer. The apartment was lovely, with plenty of outdoor space, and it sits right in the historic center. There's also a large underground garage. Breakfast was excellent at a lovely café just steps from the Residence, with a voucher provided when we arrived. If we come back to Trani, we'd definitely choose the "Don Marino Residence" again. Top!

The underground parking was very convenient, and the rooms were clean and air-conditioned. Staff were kind and helpful with all our requests. Breakfast isn't available at the moment because of COVID, and the common areas don't have air conditioning. Even so, it was a positive stay. Recommended.
