The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained, and the apartment had everything we needed. Villa Carcano sits on the grounds of a 17th century villa, and it’s a peaceful spot when there isn’t an event taking place. They host events at the restored villa, so check ahead before booking. Nico was a gracious host and helped us with information about nearby sights and restaurants. We had a lovely stay.

The pool and the location are beautiful enough that we’d consider coming back, but the place is really only attractive on the surface. This year, cleanliness and hygiene were extremely poor, and there were cockroaches and lizards. The value for money was terrible. The owner is best avoided. He changes the contracts whenever he wants and raises the price. There are plenty of other villas in the area, so it’s better to stay elsewhere if you can.

A beautiful villa for events, with staff who are happy to accommodate your needs. The outdoor facilities are limited, though, with just one restroom. Apart from that, there’s nothing negative to report, and it’s definitely a great choice in Puglia.

The staff are kind and discreet, and the location is beautiful and so peaceful that you won’t want to leave. Together, it makes for a comfortable place where guests can really relax.
